Lovely opportunity for a skilled PR Agency Account Manager / Senior Account Manager professional with a passion for managing diverse B2B clients. Our client, a top-tier PR Agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a talented PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic and friendly team. Specializing in all things PR, including digital PR, and social media, the Agency can offer you management experience – only if you wish and not a pre-requisite – and hybrid working too, with 3 days in the office. Being either a tolerator, or lover, of dogs may help too in this fun and friendly environment!

About the Role:

As a PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager for B2B clients, you will be an integral part of this Agency’s Communications team, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Your day-to-day activities will be varied, including:

  • Collaborating with the Directors / Account Directors to develop comprehensive digital PR and social strategies that align with client objectives. A rich source of expertise for you to further develop your skillset.
  • Managing client accounts efficiently and effectively, showcasing tangible results and impact.
  • Contributing to the creation of impactful brand campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.
  • Conducting research, crafting compelling content, and securing strategic placements to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Mentor, or manage if you so wish, two valued but junior members of the PR Client Services team.


About You:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in an agency environment, with a strong background in PR campaigns. Experience in digital PR campaigns is desirable but not essential. You will be either an AM with a minimum of two- or three-year’s experience or, you are already a Senior Account Manager.  Additionally, we are seeking an individual who is:

  • Curious and analytical, with the ability to dissect client briefs and develop innovative solutions.
  • A trusted team member who loves supporting fellow colleagues and, indeed, who acts as an Agency ambassador and is confident and positive.
